Asian Outreach provides this Privacy Policy to make sure you are aware of our security practices and to inform you of the way your information is collected and used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

1. From persons interested in requesting information or materials from our organization; and

Asian Outreach uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. We may use your information to complete a transaction, issue you an income tax receipt for a donation, or to personalize our Web site for you. If you so desire, we may also use this information to update you on ministry projects and activities. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for any other purposes.

NO SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Asian Outreach never sells, rents, leases, or exchanges your personal information with other organizations. The identity of all who contact us through this Web site will be kept confidential. Use of personal information will be limited to enabling us to provide you with relevant information, and the internal purposes of Asian Outreach for furthering our ministry activities and purposes.

Asian Outreach is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Asian Outreach uses a highly secure external site called PayDollar when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, then de-encrypted by their server. PayDollar is also bound by our security policy and may not divulge your information to another party.

REMOVING YOUR NAME FROM OUR MAILING LIST

Our Web site gives you the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list so that you do not receive any future communications from our ministry. If you desire to remove your name, please email us.

If you determine that information in our database is inaccurate or it has changed, you may modify the previously provided information by emailing us.

Browsing or using the services provided by Asian Outreach is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage thus caused, including any losses and damage caused by the downloading of materials or otherwise obtained through the use of the services provided by us.

We agree to maintain the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of the content, but do not guarantee that it is error-free or without any defects, and are therefore not liable to any indemnification thus caused.

Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, dissemination or making available of the information available within this Website for commercial use is strictly prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from Asian Outreach, please contact us as info@asianoutreach.org.  

REFUND POLICY

Donations are not refundable. All donations will be used for the works of Asian Outreach projects and ministries as designated.  However, should any one project be over designated, Asian Outreach reserves the right to use those funds in fulfillment of our goals. 

POLICY AMENDMENT

If Asian Outreach needs to amend its privacy policy for statutory reasons or better business practice, the website will immediately be updated.
